Pontiac potatoes are a late season maturing potato that are round with red skin and white flesh.

Plant Spacing In Row: 30-40 cm or 12-16"
Plant Spacing Between Row: 60 cm or 24"
Plant in a full sun area with deep, fertile soil. Keep moist but not soggy.
1. Plant seed potatoes when the soil is warm enough to cultivate.
2. Once the plants are 12" high build up the soil around the plant into a hill. This help protect the tubers.
3. Harvest potatoes when they are big enough to use. Once plants die back the potatoes must be harvested.
