Planting Instructions:  Sow directly into the garden after risk of frost is gone, Arugula does not transplant well.  Begin harvest when leaves are 3-4 inches high.  Cut leaves 1 inch above the crown and leave to regrow.  Sow every 2 weeks until mid summer for a continued fresh supply.
