Planting Instructions: Sow seed when the danger of frost is over in well worked, fertile soil.  Firm soil around seeds to ensure good germination.  Carefully thin seedlings when they are large enough to handle.  Keep soil evenly moist.  Thin beets regularly to ensure good growth.  Harvest  some of the beets when they are 1-2inches, making sure to thin out so you can grow some on to be larger.
